Our Story
Prime (Midlands) Limited was founded in 2017 with the sole purpose of providing a flexible, person-centred, supported accommodation solution for vulnerable at-risk individuals.
We are a not-for-profit company, committed to providing quality supported accommodation to disadvantaged citizens across the Birmingham area.
Prime recognises the growing need and demand for quality social and supported housing. As such, we have put together a team of experienced staff with years of front-line experience in this sector, providing informed advice and an efficient service.
Our focus is to support people with complex and multiple complex needs including, but not limited to: Homelessness, ill mental health, a history of or at risk of reoffending, those fleeing domestic abuse & violence, alcohol drug & substance misuse and dependency and ex-services personnel suffering from PTSD.
We support people exposed or at risk of homelessness, those with ill mental health, drug, alcohol or substance misuse & dependency, people with a history of offending or at risk of reoffending, domestic abuse sufferers, domestic violence sufferers, ex-services personnel suffering from PTSD and hospital leavers.

All of our tenants have access to a 24/7 on call service to contact in case of emergency.
Customer Support
Many of our tenants are eligable for full Housing benefit and will be supported to manage and maintain their state welfare benefits.
